El juego es centrado en una mujer llamada sara la cual estaba inconsciente en un hospital abandonado sin ninguna idea de como llego ahi. Una voz misteriosa le dice que encuentre los secretos del hospital. Con un celular, el cual es su mapa, ella debe explorar este hospital embrujado y su pasado criminal para poder escapar. Ella explora el hospital y la prision, sarah comienza a aprender sobre el pasado del hospital donde 12 brujas fueron ejecutadas y enteradas en los suelos del hospital, con una bruja numero 13 escapando a la muerte ya que entrego a las otras 12 brujas. Despues de recopilar todas las pistas, sarah se da cuenta que ella es decendiente de la bruja #13, por eso los espiritus de las otras 12 brujas la estan cazando.

The game is centered on a woman named sara which was unconscious in an abandoned hospital with no idea how it got there. A mysterious voice tells him to find the secrets of the hospital. With a cell, which is your map, she must explore the haunted hospital to escape his criminal past. She explores the hospital and prison, sarah begins to learn about the past of the hospital where 12 witches were executed and aware on hospital floors, with a number witch 13 escaping death and that I give to the other 12 witches. After collecting all tracks, Sarah realizes that she is a descendant of the Witch # 13, so the spirits of the other 12 are hunting witches
